In ContentBuilder, creating a View which includes the "Submitted Date" to display in the frontend table (or backend or both).

I've tried other quick things that don't work, like adding echo php date in a hidden field, but this would only replicate a field that's already given.

I can see the data easily in Manage Records from the Submitter Information table saved with every submission, but it doesn't show as an field option in CB when creating views.

I checked that out, but I seem to be missing one last step that was unclear from that post.

- create the NEWFIELDNAME field
But what is the "value" of that new field?

I get the column NEWFIELDNAME to display in CB table, but it has not data or entries.

Hi,

this code is populating the field on submit, as i understand you already have all the records, so the old ones will not get the value like this, only new records will have the value.

Maybe you could run an SQL command on your db and add rows to the facileforms_subrecords table. You need to add a row for each record you have for that form, and you can get the submitted time from the facileforms_records table.

If you need any help with the query let us know.

Yeah, I tried that first when I noticed prior records empty in that new field. But it's not that, as I submit new form data on the frontend every time I make a change to the form in BF.

So, leave the "value" for this new field blank and it will pickup the date submitted? I have tried several things as the "value" as well as blank.

I am using that piece of code from the other thread almost verbatim, and placed in Options > Submit Pieces > Begin Submit, custom...
$submitted = date("Y-m-d H:i:s");

$i = 0;
foreach($this->xmldata As $data){
if( $data[_FF_DATA_NAME] == 'datastuff' ){
$this->submitdata[$i][_FF_DATA_VALUE] = $submitted;
$this->maildata[$i][_FF_DATA_VALUE] = $submitted;
$this->savedata[$i][_FF_DATA_VALUE] = $submitted;
$this->xmldata[$i][_FF_DATA_VALUE] = $submitted;
}
$i++;

}
