I think, the combination of BF and CB are a very good idea, but the dokumentation about the interaction isn't so good for a beginner.

The thing you are doing wrong is that you are creating a DataStorage... You don't need to do that when integrating BF and CB... The BF record already exist and act as an DataStorage without the need to create it. You only need to create a view based on a BF form...You will need to click "save" a couple of times in the process.
