Hey,

Editting the article generated by the CB will not change your order BC order screen nor the datastorage.

How/why are you using BreezingForms? You should use a DB table as a datastorage.

The table #__breezingcommerce_order_items contains information regarding the price of the order item.

You should do a double datastorage-view pair, one for the #__breezingcommerce_order_items and one for the #_breezingcommerce_orders table. These two tables are id synched, so you will have to have two menu items for editing/adding orders.

OK...got it. That is my experience.

I have used BreezingForms to allow a quotation to be created by an employee and sent to a customer. Our business is Services. It is working well to produce a quote. The quote can be turned into an order where the service is performed if needed. It also can be edited and added to until agreed to be final quote...then turned into an order and paid.

Once an order has been created using this process...all is good... but there are times when the invoice price needs to be changed prior to payment but is not the normal process.

The table #__breezingcommerce_order_items contains information regarding the price of the order item.
Thanks..i will try this.

I do not know how this is done...but will look into it. Do you have more training for this?

Thanks for your help.

I do not know how this is done...but will look into it. Do you have more training for this?
1.) Go to Components> ContentBuilder> Data Storages> New
You will see an option "...or choose an existing table", there you need to select one of the above DB tables and hit save. Here you can define the element values and titles if they are going to be group elements(You define this in the view later in the View>View tab > editable column).Publish the datastorage.

2.) Go to Components> ContentBuilder> Views> New
Set Type: com_contentbuilder, give the view a name and hit save.
Now chose the datastorage created in step 1 rom the "source" dropdown. hit save.
Now you need to set which values are going to be showed in the list, content template, editable templte(editable - set a field to editable and choose a type below, you can set default values- now your field will be available in the editable template).
In the conten template you set which values you wish to show in a single item display.
In the editable template you set which values will be added/edited.
For both you can use the "create sample" option and hit save.
Don't forget to set the permissions for each level of users in the permission tab.
Publish the view.

3.) Create a new menu item type: ContentBuilder> ListView and select the view created in step 2.
Repeat the process for the second table
