Hello,

I tried to connect a breezingforms-form with my Spiceworks-helpdesk.
The helpdesk is rejection the mail, generated with breezingforms, because in the email-header, the value "Precedence = Bulk" is set.

I'm not sure, if the header is created by breezingforms or Joomla itself.

Is it possible, to remove this value from the header?

Hi,

if you have many admin recipients specified (notification email addresses), please remove all but one and check if the precedence is still set.

BreezingForms itself doesn't set that header but maybe Joomla's underlying PHP Mailer does that automatically.

However, according to what I found on the web for this topic is, as soon as it has the value "bulk", it needs an unsubscribe header.

So even if it is automatically added by PHP Mailer, we have to find out on our side how to deal with that.

(PS: I didn't get that header value with one or multiple recipients when testing it)
