I paid for my subscription but provided the wrong email address by accident. I now cannot activate what I bought and no one is answering my email to the "sales question" box or to the info email address. Can anyone help? How do I get either my subscription or a refund?

Hi,

I enabled that other account with the wrong email. The username is 'constructioncapp'.
Please login and correct the email (or use a different one than you use now) in your profile.

So I am in my login page, but it tells me i didn't buy breezingforms. Can you send me the link or activation code to support@constructioncapp.com? Cheers

you have two users registered in our system, the one you used now is a free user, when you have another account with the username constructioncapp that is the one with access to the downloads area.
