Hi, we have built an online enrollment process that brings together several different Breezing forms. In some cases, when a form (e.g. Form B)is opened, there are certain fields opened based on selections consumers have made on prior forms (e.g. Form A). In most cases the validation rules won't work on Form B. I'm able to submit and move forward without any validation rules stopping me. Is this something you're familiar with? And if so, do you have advice on how to work around?

Thank you!

Hey there,

could you provide us your backend access(Super User) so we can take a look. Post your credentials between this tags:
[confidential]
//your URL and credentials and which form to check
[/confidential]

Only forum admins can see this so no worries.

Hi Tome,

I will have to find a way to get you access. Part of our security for the back-end includes limiting access by ip address. I'm not sure I will be able to get you in. Will check back in early next week.

Thanks!

Hi! We ended up using custom code to get around the validation issue for now. But I have another problem. I'm trying to move the attached form from one site to another and I can't get it to install. When I go through the installation process, which I've done a lot, I don't get the confirmation page after installing and the form isn't on the list of available forms. One of our IT team members said the form won't install on the site because it is corrupt. Can you take a look at it? I've included credentials for you to access the site to test installation. Thank you!

Hello there,

I managed to install your form on my test site. You will need to change some parametars in your php.ini file. Change next values to this:
max_execution_time = 120
memory_limit = 256
upload_max_filesize = 64
post_max_size = 64

If you cant find php.ini file, ask you hosting provider to change those values for you.

Let us know the result.

Tome
