Hi,

fact that it's a dynamic qrcode image is causing the error, you are right. We will try to find another way and let you know.

As for the Chinesse characters support please read this topic and follow the steps carefully: crosstec.org/en/forums/15-usage/101550-b...-in-pdf-exports.html

kind regards,
Lovre

Hi,

that's great that you solved your Chinese characters issue.

About that error you have encountered (TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=40...0&chld=L|1&chl=14057), that could be solved by changing the code in the pdf_attachment.php like this:
<?php echo '<img height="400" width="400" src="'.$url.'" alt="QRCode">'; ?>
but the image still doesn't appear in the pdf, which is strange because it shows when we hardcode it like this:
<?php  echo '<img src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=400x400&chld=L|1&chl=14057" alt="QRCode">'; ?>
and we are sure that the value passes fine (when echoing it).

We will inspect this issue further and let you know.

hi, Lovre

Beside print, is it possible save or export the page (text and image ) to a image file like jpg or png? (that will make it easy for my next document flow process)

(I knew user can print it as pdf then open it with pdf reader, save as image, but it involve few steps for user, not a good way.)

btw, is it possible to set popup webpage title with element value, like employee number or name or staff code? when I save as pdf it always show "Untitled Document.pdf".

thanks

Hello, could you please try explaining what you mean by "is it possible save or export the page", especially what do you mean by "page", do you want to save a image of the form preview or a PDF export. A screenshot could be useful also.

also which popup are you referring to (the one you wish to set the title of) and which file are you saving as "Untitled Document.pdf"?

Sorry for not understanding well, but we have been through quite a number of features so it's hard to which ones are you speaking of.

Hi Lover

I attached screenshot to make it clear.

btw, I solved the page title problem by adding a line of javascript to "Print" button.
popup.document.title = "EmployeeName_"+ff_getElementByName('cname').value;

Eagle
