I recently upgraded to joomla 3.3.0

Now, when trying to modify an existing view, save a new view I am getting the following error -

403 - Forbidden - you do not have access to the file administer/index.php

I even get the error, if I click on the view to edit, then choose close.

Similar error here, where as I'm getting blank screen when clicking on views button it sends me to /administrator/index.php and shows blank page.

I've uninstalled reinstalled etc and couldn't put my finger on what changed, a mod install perhaps but after you said upgrade to 3.3 which I also did leads me to believe this may be the cause

I don't know... I deleted the two error_log files, the one in /public_html and the one in /administrator and went back in to see if I could trap any errors specific to this, and it worked fine. I don't think its a cache issue, because I had updated to joomla 3.3.0 a last week, and the cache has been cleared sense then... I will play with it some more today to see if I can figure out what reproduces it.
