carla created the topic: Regular labs tabs in content builder

I don't seem to be able to use tabs from Regular labs in contentbuilder. It just shows the code:

{tab Tab Title 1}
The text for the first tab...
{tab Tab Title 2}
The text for the second tab...
{/tabs}

I have set the filter to "Allow all". Is there something I am overlooking?

Thanks for the help.

Hello,

Can you please explain a bit more about what exactly happens? Where do you see that contents, instead of which tabs?

Regards,

Mihaela

See attachments. One is how it should look, the other one how it looks now. It just gives the code {tab Tab Title 1} ... etc. This should look like tabs. The screenshot of how it should look is from an article. So I do know the tabs are working, just not inside contentbuilder. The developer of the tabs extension said this:

"If you check the html output of the site, you can see that Contentbuilder is escaping (html encoding) the special characters. So instead of {tab} tags, you have:

{tab Tab Title 1}
The text for the first tab...
{tab Tab Title 2}
The text for the second tab...
{/tabs}"

I must say that I don't see that. I just see the {tab Tab Title 1} ...
But no matter what the output is, it is not working. So something is going wrong inside contentbuilder, although I do have the filtering set to allow all. So do you have any idea what is wrong?

I see that my latest reply is not showing what regular labs said. The output has now changed. He says the { are replaced by & # 1 2 3 ; (without spacing).

Hello,

Can you please tell me where exactly did you try to put the Regular labs tabs, that is, where did you put the following code?
{tab Tab Title 1}
The text for the first tab...
{tab Tab Title 2}
The text for the second tab...
{/tabs}

I've just tried to put it in "Content Template" and "Editable template" and for me, it is working fine as you can see in the attached screenshot

Thanks for the reply. When I put it in the template it indeed works. But that means that for every content the tabs have the same names. I would like to put the tabs in the content itself so I can give the tabs the name of the content in that field. So I want to put the tabs inside the fields, if you know what I mean?
