Hello Mirko, Tihana!


I encounter an issue with a digital signature element in my Form. Since I have created a digital siganture element in the form, the frontend page of the form is not loading anymore (it is locked on the pre-loader step). I'm embarassed by it. I checked in the console but there's a lot of JQuery errors. If I delete the signature element everything works fine... Can you help me?

There was a conflick with Jquery, I found in backend preview where is a problem

I tested and found it working well. I really appreciate your suppport.

I successfully found the JQuery option in "Advanced Properties" of the Form, named "Disable JQuery at conflicts"...


Please, can you tell me what is the script in the Signature element to be selected for the mandatory sign? I'm not sure. Please see screenshot attached.

Also, can you provide a solution for the RESET button text translation in the "Signature" form? It has been translated in french as "ANNULER" what means "CANCEL", I would like to make it as "EFFACER". How can I proceed?

use validation ff_valuenotempty

About translation, you need to translate it in main folder, as I can see your form are on english and that is the reason why there is cancel and not "cancel" on french.

You can find it in:replace "Reset" with text you want

Thanks again for your incredible support.

Regarding the translation, my forms are in french and not in english... Something is wrong with the translation. I would loike to keep "Reset" in English but change the translation in French language as it not fully reflecting the butoon function.

Sorry, I thought that your form is in English and that is the reason why I used en-GB folder in previous message
