I have quite a few forms on my site. It seems that in order to add the Recaptcha element, I have to fill it in with the keys, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have the key info already filled into the Joomla plugin as a default. Is there anyway to pull this in? Or, can I create an element with this info and styling already input? If so, can you please provide step by step instructions with screen shots?

I tried to recreate your HoneyPot solution, but I don't understand those steps either. Screenshots would be super helpful.

for Recaptcha BF

you can create this element by creating a new element, setting it to ReCaptcha and selecting Captcha a liitle.

To get the keys, you should go to Google ReCaptcha page .
And after registering your app, you'll get both the site and secret key, which you should copy paste to your ReCaptcha fields. Check screenshot.

I tried it and it works with V2.

First I tried it with V3 but got an error message about a key problem.
Do you know why V3 is not working?

Do you know why V3 is not working?


v3 support the keys of ReCaptcha v3 but not the features behind it (yet).
Therefore we strongly recommend using the v2 keys until we found out how to provide v3 functionality to BF in terms of "making sense" (v3 is basically all about customizing your level of security and I am not sure yet if it helps for public forms).
