Ich benötige die Double Opt-in Funktion für ein Antragsformular. Die Funktion ist korrekt eingerichtet und die Opt-in Mail wird auch zugestellt. Leider aber nicht bei allen Postfächern. Offensichtlich wird diese Mail bei vielen Providern blockiert. Wie lässt sich das verhindern? Außerdem nutze ich die Mailback-Funktion, um eine Zusammenfassung sowie einen PDF-Anhang an den Antragssteller zu senden. Wie kann die Opt-In Funktion in die Rückantwort-Mail integriert werden, damit der Antragsteller nur eine Mail erhält? Hilfe wäre großartig. Besten Dank im Voraus.

I need the double opt-in function for an application form. The function is set up correctly and the opt-in mail is also delivered. Unfortunately not with all mailboxes. Obviously this mail is blocked by many providers. How can that be prevented? I also use the mailback function to send a summary and a PDF attachment to the applicant. How can the opt-in function be integrated into the reply e-mail so that the applicant only receives one e-mail? Help would be great. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

go to your form->Advanced->more options->Settings->Enable Double Opt-In (check yes)->Double Opt-In: Name of email address field (here you need to add name of email field (not title) which you add on your form),
and then when you tested your form in preview you can add your email address in that email field, and than you will recive email "Please verify your submission".

Is this email in spam message?
The reason for blocked email can be email provider, so please try to get in touch with email provider

As already said, the double opt-in function is set up correctly and is also delivered to some mailboxes. But for many recipients this email is unfortunately rejected and not delivered.

I also use the mailback function in the same form to send a summary of the form to the applicant. Therefore a second mail is sent. This mail is always delivered.

This also means that two emails are sent to the applicant. One for opt-in and another for summary (mailback). However, only one mail should be sent that contains both. How can I integrate the opt-in confirmation into the response mail?

Hi,

I am afraid this is not possible, because user need to receive both mails (opt in mail, and mailback mails). On this way opt-in works
