TOPIC:

I have been trying to change the size of signatures in the mailback custom PDF - both admin and submitter, and it completely ignores the size tags, whether in html or in CSS. It always just inserts the signature in the same size as it was on the screen when signed - but this is MUCH too big on a PDF i.e. 522 x 200 pixels.

Half this size would be more than enough - or even a bit smaller.

How would I do that? I haven't found anything in the forums - maybe using the wrong keywords?

Also, as a follow up on my previous question, if image resizing is successful, how do I prevent the image from also being attached in the email.

you can change this size in:
joomlaroot\media\breezingforms\pdftpl\pdf_attachemnt.php

and inside this:I added height="120" width="120" but you can set to value that you want.

I can't believe it! I have been trying the height/width in the img markup, inline style sheet, and nothing.

Your solution is, I am perfectly sure, exactly what I have done at least 50 times, with no success, and yet, as soon as I copy your text into it, it works.

I even compared it, character by character, and it was the same - but didn't work yesterday. And today it works.

I can't see what the difference is, but thank you anyway.

Also, I've been waiting now for over a week trying to buy the competitive upgrade to Pro - but not had any reply to direct email or via the Sales Question Chat. Any suggestions?

I do want to buy the Pro version BUT I had recently bought the a competitor's version first, which did not do the job I wanted it to do.

But Breezing forms does the job, so I'd like to pay for it.

But I noticed you have an offer for a 25% discount if one has bought a competitor's version, and it said to email a receipt to sales@crosstec.org. I did that on 31st Jan, and still waiting for a reply.
