Greetings.

I'm trying to include username and email on admin subject mail but i'm facing 2 problems:

1. using " New question from {BF_SUBMITTERFULLNAME:value} "
the email is sent without converting the value,
however, using the same code inside the mail body will convert succesfully the code to the current user full name.

2. I checked the codes but there isn't any for user e-mail. Is there a way to find and use it ?

Hi,

1) you can add hidden element to your form with name username for example.
In this element->Properties->Value add :Then in your form->Advanced->Admin Email->Custom email subject add:where username if name of your hidden element

2) if you want to show email in custom subject then add textfield element to your form and name it email -> in this element user will enter his email
Then in Custom subject addwhere email is name of email element (not title)

I think , using hidden elements requesting php usermane and email work since the user is already registered.

yep.
For email just add textfield as email field->and then add name of this field in Custom Email Subject {email} for example.
When someone enters email in emails field->as subject should appears email address.
But for username user should be registered as you said
