I have a table ready to receive data from a form constructed with BF Pro. I have set up the integration sending the Date form field value to the appropriate Date table field and so on with each of the remaining fields. But it isn't going to the table. Why not? What am I missing? I've had this problem for a while. I have constructed a subdomain to continue trouble shooting and in the process have a fresh install of joomla, new database, new table, new BF install, and new integration setup. Still not working even on a fresh install that hasn't gone through several updates. I'm missing something but I just don't know what or why? Help?!?!

Hello,

I have answered on the ServiceDesk ticket that you have raised where you have explained how you have set the integration in detail.

I will copy my answer to you here as well.

"I have tried to recreate the situation that you have described and saw that when it is set up as you have described, it is not working. In my case, it just created one database record and the next form submissions were not recorded in the database.

In order for the new submissions to be recorded to the database table, you have to set the ID field as AUTO INCREMENT. I did that, and afterward, it worked properly.

As for the issue 2, you can make the form field show and hide by setting visibility rules as explained in this crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...f-conditionally.html piece of documentation.

Let me know whether this resolves the issues and whether you have managed to set this for your form."

Regards,

Mihaela

Thanks, got it working; only the date changed to 0000-00-00, I have the date format on the form set to yyyy-mm-dd; should that be something different?

I also got the dependency set up and working. Thank you.
