Hello,

Here are the answers to your question.

1. You asked "Is there a way to just use some kind of Title field type?" There isn't that kind of field available with BreezingForms.
"I could use disabled textfield with label and hide field with CSS or use disabled textfield and initial value in it to serve as label and hide its label." is one way to achieve what you want.
My suggestion would at first to use different theme and to actually create a two columns form, and then show label of the first columns elements, but hide the labels of the second column. That way you might also achieve what you want, and it might save you some time.
Take a look at the attached "picture1.PNG" that I'm sending you.

2. Please take a look at the following ticket regarding the same question crosstec.org/en/forums/3-breezingforms-f...urposes.html?start=6 .
So, as you can see, the key is to write some css code that will preserve multi column 2 or 3 columns (depending on which solution you decide to use).

For this can be done much simpler if you decide to create three columns as you first wanted.
You should got o Advanced properties of your form > More options > Form pieces > Before Form > Custom and paste code similar to this:
echo '
<style>
@media only all and (max-width: 47.938rem) {
#bfQuickModeSection71234 {
width: 48%;
float: left;
}
#bfQuickModeSection97925 {
display: block;
float: right;
width: 48% !important;
margin-left: 4px;
margin-top: 10px !important;
}
}
</style>
';
This is an example for 2 columns. For three columns, you would have to set the width of each column to around 30% and add csss for the last column. Also, you must replace "bfQuickModeSection71234" and "bfQuickModeSection97925" with the section's ID.

If you decide to use 3 columns (solution with labels of first column shown and second hidden), you would get result similar as on "image2.PNG" attached. You would have to find the correct css code yourself to put the labels inline with the fields, and not above.

3. Is isn't possible to create external js to do what you want, but there is another way that would make the editing much easier and you could have all the code in one place.

You could write all the code in Initialization script. You would have a function that would run every half second and display the result. Please take a look at this example crosstec.org/en/forums/15-usage/125233-s...a-column.html#231365 or this one crosstec.org/en/forums/15-usage/125430-c...kbox-sum.html#232122 .

Let me know whether this helped you.
