Hi Mihaela,

Yes your understanding is correct. I will try to manually create a new table in the database then get it connected to the Breezing Form then.

After we got that table connected and worked, should we then use content builder to create a view for that newly created table? Is there anything special I should pay attention to?

Thanks,

Hi Mihaela,

Thank you for your reply. However, when I tried again today, the integrator seems not working again... It was a table created from in the database directly... It actually only worked once. That is the the one I said in my previous post.

Could you use the information provided below and check what might be wrong for the setting?

This message contains confidential information

The database has this record only:
mrkr.io/s/5c0a0d2d55db95401e87cef0/0

It has a simple structure like this:
mrkr.io/s/5c0a0d6b9eb8ef403aa3782d/0

And the fields were connected:
mrkr.io/s/5c0a0d9a9115ac1ac8a37aaa/0

And the Rule of Integrator was published too.

Thanks a lot.

Hello,

Regarding your first post, you wrote: "After we got that table connected and worked, should we then use content builder to create a view for that newly created table?".

You should create a View based on the "Vehicle Input Form" BreezingForms form as explained here crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...rms-integration.html .

That way the view will be connected to form and form is already connected to database with the Integrator.

Regarding your second post, please try to delete the existing record in that database table. After you do that try to submit the form once more. If the record appears in the database table then the table isn't set properly.

In that case go to Click on Table > Structure tab > Under Action click on Change on the pop-up window scroll left and check A_I. Also make sure you have selected None for Default.

Let me know whether this helped.

Regards,

Mihaela

I tried both methods you mentioned in one of the earlier post you wrote:

mrkr.io/s/5c1a6d3366466e7ad371f9c5/0

And it seems that the Breezing Form method will only allow a user to edit the very latest ONE record submitted, right?

If we use the Content Builder method, it should let the user to edit any records he submitted in the past, right?

Thanks,

Hello again,

That is correct, if you use Breezing Form method in from it will automatically show data from the last user's submission. That method you can use in case you don't want to have more different records from the same user (except the editing versions of the same record).

In contrary, if user should be able to submit form multiple times Content Builder method will let the user to edit any records he submitted in the past.

I hope that this clarifies the situation.

If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Regards,

Mihaela
