iconvisual created the topic: Multiple Attachments in Mailback

I have followed the mailback articles, and I understand how to configure mailback with attachment, however...

Question: Is it possible to send a mailback with multiple PDF attachments?

can you clarify multiple pdf attachments, are you wanting to send your very own PDF Attachments to the user or mailback the pdf of the form they completed.

If you want to send your own there is no way currently for the system to attach pdf 's you have to the email but you can always design a button linking to said pdf for download,

if you want to attach the pdf of the form the user typed out then you can do so by going to mailmack emails and selecting pdf under the attachments dropdown

When the user submits the form, I want them to receive 3 PDF documents which are not related to the form in anyway - my own PDF files which are located on the server.

I found a way of attaching 2 custom file (PDF etc.) to an email. Just insert a repeat email element and have one attachment to the email element and the other to the repeat email element.
