Samut Eddy, ch'tite question : ('website') dans ton code. Je laisse tel quel ? je mets une valeur quelconque ? ou quelque chose de précis ?
Et si j'ai bien compris, je copie colle ce code deux fois dans les paramètres du formulaire / envoyer des pièces, et je change à chaque fois 'Nomdechamp' et 'le texte que tu as placé..." par ceux des 2 champs que j'ai ajouté au formulaire.
J'ai bon ?

if( ff_getSubmit('Website') != '' || ff_getSubmit('NomDeChamp') != 'le texte que tu as placé comme valeur dans le champ' )

}

Ce code n'est à insérer qu'une seule fois, il teste les deux champs masqués. Le premier que j'ai dans cet exemple nommé website, le second "NomDeChamp" qui tu dois personnaliser selon ton champ et le texte "le texte que tu as placé comme valeur dans le champ" est à personnaliser et entrer comme valeur dans les options du champ en question.
