Hi, who can help me?
I exported the records of a form from the old website, but when I import them to the new site the ID of the oldest record is higher (example 100) than the most recent ones entered (example 1). If I then create a new record from the new site it has the highest ID (example 101) creating confusion in the lists of content builders.

Old site (export)

ID = 1 (year 2018)
ID = 100 (year 2020)

New site (doing import)

ID = 100 (year 2018)
ID = 1 (year 2020)
ID = 101 (year 2021 - new record from new website form)

How can I import the most recent records with the highest ID so that the new records line up correctly in content builder?
Thank you very much

Hi,

basically, records are stored in#__ facileforms_records, and #__facileforms_subrecords.

Facileforms_records holds a line for each record that was made and _subrecords has a line for each element from the forms.

Did you check these databases in phpmyadmin?

hello, sorry if I answer you only now, but I have not been very well. Thanks so much for the tip, but it didn't work. That is, if I import from phpmyadmin it only shows me some records incorrectly. I'm afraid that the forms have a different Script ID than the original site. So I'm still back to square one. I just need these imports to finish the site. Thanks.

Hi,

I will test it on my site, maybe I should to change the code in backend for this.
Give me some time for test.

Hello,
thank you so much for your invaluable help.
I opened a new post just because I wanted to upload the two sample images.
I wait when you can.
Thanks
