Hi Tihana,

I'm sorry, but we want to do this in the Manage Scripts and not in each element ;)

And this code isn't working...

Regards,
Michiel

Hi,

if I put this as custom code in action script then it works ok.
Like this (element->Advanced->Actionscript->Custom:
function ff_nameofelement_action(element, action)
{
    var result=Number(element.value);
var result1=result.toFixed(2);
element.value=result1.replace(/\,/g, '').replace(/\./g, ',');
} // ff_nameofelement_action

Please test it like this, just replace nameofelement with name for your element (not title)

Regards,
Tihana

Hi,

As explained with our screenshots, we allready have the script ff_decimalen for this field. In manage script!
Now we need this into this managed script. so we don't have to do it for each element. :)

Hi,

like this, I tested it (I added it in Manage Script)and it works:
function ff_decimalen(element,action)
{
var result=Number(element.value);
var result1=result.toFixed(2);
var result2=result1.replace(/\,/g, '').replace(/\./g, ',');
element.value=result2;
}

Tihana

Hi,

We tested your code, but now on frontend we can not fill in any numbers or select with +- so we can't get any value in it please have a look:

Hi,

sorry my fault.
I tested it now in number input.
Basically when you are using this code:
function ff_number_action(element, action)
{
    var result=Number(element.value);
var result1=result.toFixed(2);
element.value=result1;
} // ff_number_action
And in number input put 1.255 this will be replaced with 1,26 (dot is replaced with comma).
In this number input we can't use this code for replace dot with comma, but it works in textfield ok.

Also, I will try to test it better and find an alternative for this

Tihana
