Hello,

I have a problem to synchronize BreezingForm with Mailchimp

In the page dedicated to Mailchimp in the advanced options of the subscription form to my newseletter I added:
the KEY API found in mailchimp
the list ID number associated with my list
the name of the email field
the variables FNAME,LASTNAME for first and last name

It worked one time 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now it doesn't work. Have you ever heard of this kind of problem? Could it be due to a parameter in the host? Do I need to look at Mailchimp?
I don't know what to do anymore! I receive the form in my mailbox indicating that a new newsletter subscription request has been submitted, but Mailchimp doesn't receive it or doesn't register it...

What do you think about it?

Hi,

not sure. Maybe the reason is a parameter in the host.
Also, look at Mailchimp
I will do a little investigate, and get back to you

I understood my problem. Mailchimp sends an email to confirm the registration. As long as the registration is not validated, the user is not registered. BreezingForm does its job and Mailchimp sends the confirmation mail to the user. The problem is that the confirmation email sent by Mailchimp ends up in the spam folder 9 times out of 10, it is not seen by the user, the procedure cannot be finalized and therefore I can't find the new user in my Mailchimp list.

So I still have to understand how to make sure that Mailchimp mails do not end up in the Spam folder. Nothing to do with BreezingForm or Joomla.
