Good Morning,

I note from searching the forum that data from the form is stored in the database table name "#_facileforms_records". I wish to pull the information stored in the database into another reporting programme but when I run the mysql query ;

SELECT *
FROM #_facileforms_records
WHERE name='theformname'

I don't get all the columns, I only get the default columns and not the ones I created. I would be grateful if you can assist on how do this or if I'm missing something?

Hi,

Please try like this:
SELECT * FROM #_facileforms_records WHERE form_id='7'

Please replace '7' with your form_id.
You can find form_id in phpmyadmin in your database

Let me know if it helps

Regards,
Tihana

Thanks for prompt reply.

Unfortunately that didn't work. I note when I look at the table in MyPHPadmin i can't even see the columns i created. Slightly confused with this.

Hi,

this is ok then:
SELECT *
FROM #_facileforms_records
WHERE name='theformname'
This retrieves all the data from DB for your form

Go to every form elemet->Properties and see if Logging is enabled

Hi,

Logging is ticked in each element. I can see the information in "Manage Records" section of Breeze Forms and the email I received post submit contains all the data submitted.

Thanks
Paul

Hi,

facileforms_records holds the master record, as in, it contains a line for each submission. Each line consists of the name and title of the form the submission was made in, the id and some additional info.
facileforms_subrecords holds the actual submission that was made. Record column is related to the id of the submission in facileforms_records.

So, please try this:
Select * From #__facileforms_subrecords Where `name`='yourformname'

Let me know if it helps

Regards,
Tihana
