Ok, I checked it locally to make sure this is not a bug.
However, I couldn't repeat your issue. Could you therefore please post a link your form, so I can check it out?

Hi,

this is seriously something new to me:

You have this CSS in your custom.css of the template
#ff_formdiv1 .bfElemWrap * {
    display: block;
    position: relative;
    float: none;
    z-index: 1;
    top: auto;
    left: auto;
}

When you remove "display: block;", you will see that it won't display the javascript text no longer.

I wasn't aware that CSS actually is capable of applying styles to script tags but the culprit is actually the wildcard.

To keep your styles but exclude script tags, you can try to add this after the CSS above:
#ff_formdiv1 .bfElemWrap script {
    display: none;
}

This article describes the phenomenon that seems to be fairly unknown:

Regards,
Markus
