ok, can you please send me admin login to mbopp@evolutio-it.com?
Need to check that myself as it sounds really odd.

Hi,

I am a little bit confused because I logged in, opened the form added an element for testing, saved and the element has been stored.

Which setting in particular is being resetted for you?

Regards,
Markus

Hi Markus - the setting where I change from bootstrap to BreeingForm theme. This is required as you said that it is a bootstrap issue.

So without being able to change the theme from bootstrap to BreezingForms, the issue with width of elements cannot be fixed

It is definitely some sort of caching, probably caused through a 3rd party plugin.
I first switched to BreezingForms native and it is actually used, but only in the simple preview.

Then I wanted to switch back to bootstrap and it kept being a native BreezingForms them.

Then I switched back to Native, and opened the site preview but there it shows up as bootstrap while the simple preview shows the BreezingForms one.

Do you know if SP Page Builder has a caching option and if yes, can it be wiped?

Hi Markus - Did you find a fix or did cache expire?

It is definitely a cache issue as it is now fixed. BUT I still have the problem of not being able to make changes as cache is stored somewhere.

I don't know where to start looking. Any ideas?

(Change I want to make is to change the notification email - however, I have the same issue where if I make a change, it simply isn't saved)

Thanks so much for your help thus far!!

Regards,
Adolf

Hi,

that's a really good question. I am baffled myself tbh.

Can you please check in /media/breezingforms/ajax-cache/ if you find a bunch of files after clicking "save" in the form editor?

If yes, it would be hinting an additional permission issue.

Also make sure that the ajax-cache folder above is readable and writable by the webserver.

Regards,
Markus
