I am pretty sure it is the bug with mootools and recaptcha still. The fix I provided in the attachment above is rather for J! 2.5, that's why I was asking about the joomla version you are using.

The bug has been reported, please see.

I have installed the fix even though I use Joomla 3.9.18 But it did not change anything.

Can you please the new files attached?
I checked the bug report discussion and updated it.
It can very well be that the hotfix doesn't work yet for the invisible captcha.

Is it possible that mootools does not load at all?

Here, I know why the patch doesn't work:

If you look at the error, you'll notice this line

"at Object.render (mootools-yui-compressed.js:71)".

If you are using a JS compression plugin on your site, can you please try to turn it off and/or flush its cache if it has any?

If that also doesn't work, then we have to find out what plugin is trying to use the yui mootools as it carries that bug with it.

The yui mootools is a compressed version of mootools and not a joomla standard, so I assume some plugin makes use of it. Reference:

pbwebdev.com/blog/replace-joomla-mootools-with-cdn-version

It can also be the template (e.g. Yootheme templates like to use it, make sure to check your template options for mootools and disable anything you can find).
