Empulse created the topic: looking for updated documentation - new to BF

i am trying to find documentation for the current version (1.9x) . Many of the videos seem to be using older versions.
Questions I have:
How select Easymode or Classic Mode when creating a new form? (everything seems to default to quickmode)
Is there any written guidance or tutorials on the items in the tabbed pages while creating/editing a form.
How to style forms? Some of the samples have different styles than other similar forms (Paypal Donate forms for example)

Hello,

If you have created packages in the other modes previously, please try to pick the package with form from which you wish to see the forms in the "Package" select list at the top of the page.

Since Classic / Easy modes are legacy modes, they only "exist" in current versions due to the fact that some users still have forms built with those modes and will be completely left out in the upcoming versions of BF I'd strongly advise you to rebuild your forms in Quick Mode.

As for the styling, you can change the styling by choosing different themes in the advanced properties of your form.

Regards,

Mihaela

I don't have any old forms that need to be updated, only a few that I have created in quickmode from the sample forms. Like the post title says I am new to BF. The first page of your documentation lists the three modes without saying that they are deprecated in the current version. Might be a service to new users to make that clear in the documentation.

Care to respond to any of the other questions? I have been trying to do some simple things like create/modiy a form with an address so that the City, state and postal code are all on the same line. Can I access/modify the underlying HTML for a form in order to make some style changes. I am going to create a additional posts with one question per post to make searching for similar solutions easier for other folks who are trying to do similar things.

I have deleted your post where you ask the same question about HTML-formatting of forms. That was answered by me here.

Kindly refrain from cross posting?
