I am using custom HTML email templates for admin and mailback emails in Advanced->More Options (not the PHP files in mailtp). Both email templates are exactly the same. When received, there is one field that shows up in the admin email but not the mailback email and I can't find a reason why. The template code is:
<ul>{storeItemManifest:value}</ul>

The value has HTML in it and is populated by custom JS attached to the submit button of the Stripe Payment element. The code for that is:

//ff_getElementByName('storeItemManifest').value += "<li>" + ff_getElementByName(item).value + " (Group: " + ff_getElementByName(item + 'Select').value.split("|")[0] + ")</li>\n"
</snip>

Which turns into something like:
<li>Fall School (Group: Incoming Super-mites)</li><li>Power Skating Clinic (Group: Pee-Wee)</li>

Again, it all works for the admin email, but not the mailback email. I can't figure out what would be different between the two emails. I tried without the HTML just in case that wasn't allowed in mailback emails. That didn't work either. Is it possible the mailback email is sent before the JS has populated the value and the admin email sent after?

Any thoughts on how to fix this would be appreciated. Let me know if you need more information.

I cannot say what could be the issue here but I can certanly check.
For starters can you re-create this storeItemManifest element to see will it resolve the issue ?

Thanks Mario. That worked. Although it probably had more to do with the fact that recreating the element unchecked "Hide in mailback" that somehow got set on the element.

Doh!

Part of the reason that I didn't look there first was that I was getting it in admin emails. I take it that setting does not affect the admin emails? I didn't realize that.

Glad it's working now.
This can happen somethimes and I only know that recreating the element can help :D
Your Admin Email should not be affected, given that the element has the same 'name'.
