People who are using the PayPal integration might like that they now (since 1.5.9 build 700) can have select lists with multiple prices and products.

To activate multiple prices just add a PayPal button as usual AND a select-field (don't set to multiple!).

You must name that select-field "PayPalSelect" (or "bfPaymentSelect") otherwise it won't work.

Now you can fill the entries like:

1;Junior Membership;Junior Membership|1|3.50|0.50
0;Senior Membership;Senior Membership|2|4.50|0.75

Important here are the values after the last ;

Junior Membership|1|3.50|0.50

First is the Itemname
Second is the Itemnumber
Third is the price
Fourth is the tax

All are seperated by |

It is important that you don't leave out any of the values. If you dont have a tax, just put 0.

Hope you like it!

Regards,
Markus

Hi Markus,

I can't get multiple prices to work... :-(

Do I have to fill out the fields aricle name, article number, price and tax at the PAYPAL-Button too? If I leave them empty I get forwarded to the paypal site, but there's no article name, price, tax etc... Paypal says I have to fill in my own price at the Paypal site.

It seems like the aricle name, article number, price and tax fields from the select-field don't get submited to Paypal. I filled them just like you described above...

thank you for your help!

Benno

Hi,

you create the PayPal button as usual and then add an ordinary select like described above with its certain name and then fill in the values.

What does "doesnt work" mean? Could I see the values you set for the select?

Hi,

the paypal-button doesn't submit the values (price, tax...) from the select-field to paypal. it only submits it's own values regarding price & tax. If I delete the values from the paypal-button nothing gets submitted to paypal.

These are my values from the select-field:

0;Product xxx1 (150,- €);Product xxx1|1|150.00|28.50
1;Product xxx2 (250,- €);Product xxx2|2|250.00|47.50

Do I have to fill in the values "article name, article number, price and tax" in the paypal-button too? Or should these fields stay empty?

best regards!
