I'm not sure where to even start on sending a custom email once the form has been submitted. My installation doesn't have the directory mentioned above. Some general info on how to make this happen would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same issue, then realized it's under {ROOT}/administrator/components/com_facileforms/mailtpl

Okay, I figured it out. Here's the solution in case you need it:

ADMIN EMAIL TEMPLATES

The "mailtpl.html.php" or "mailtpl.txt.php" located in /components/com_facileforms/mailtpl is the template that formats the Admin emails. If you want to have a custom email that goes to your Admin it must be named "FormName.html.php" or "FormName.txt.php". Note: the FormName is case sensitive!

Hope this helps!!!

PastorJohnLeger, it so does... I figured out the Mailback, but not the admin... this is great!
Peace, David

Can any one help with why my form returns this code to my email instead of what was filled in on the web page?
I can fill in the boxes and send the form but this is what we get back each time. Why is the data not sent?
Any help would be appreciated......

I thought everything was great with the my mailback. However, I am using the method mentioned earlier in the thread to use the element values throughout my template (i.e. Hello {fname_value}) *note thats not the actual code*
works great - EXCEPT when a user does not enter a value. Then the placement is off by 1, 2 , 3, etc. fields.

In the processes of writing this I forgot I have report all nonempty vaules, I will change that to report all values to see if that corrects the problem. I indeed changed that and it corrected the problem.

I guess this is more of an informational post now.......

Hi. I got the Admin email successfully customized and working as CleanupSummary.html.php

However, I cannot get the mailback file, that mails a custom email to the user submitting the form to work at all. It does not work regardless of whether I use the default email template or a custom one. it sends a mail, yes. But the mail is completely blank. No source code, nothing. Just a blank email.

any help is greatly appreciated. I finally figured out a different issue with creating a custom subject line while I was waiting for the developer to respond (paid 1yr subscription) and still not heard back on that, but now this is an even bigger issue, because I NEED these emails to not be blank.

Not even the default mailback file works. I have tried different email addresses to see if it was a particular account's problem but every mailback email that gets sent is completely blank.
