Is there a way to block all IP addresses except Australia's?

I'm getting spam emails.

Hi,

yes, you can do it, please see the link below:

In this way you can block more than one IP address:
if($_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] == "197.220.169.131, 196.240.254.55, 23.106.216.145, 185.147.130.39, 103.221.232.204, 196.245.237.148, 103.221.235.182, 23.94.171.184, 198.12.66.190, 37.120.143.51, 198.12.66.190, 45.95.119.9, 5.188.48.58, 94.103.95.137")
{
    header("Location: www.google.com");
}

it will be redirected to www.google.com, or the URL that you want.

If there is more than one address do you just separate with a comma?
