Dear Tihana,

Did you found the solution to 'Currency' issue?

I was also searching, then I found that the URLto Paypal script itself needs to have this currency at the end.

There must be some code somewhere...

Please share your instructions.

Hi,

yep, there is the code, but only one currency in paypal can be, and that is the problem
But also I think that we can write a script that converts currency, give me some time to test

Tihana

Hello,

You can write a script that converts the INR amount to USD and send it to the PayPal button with a condition.
if ( ff_getElementByName('listName').value == 900 ) {
        ff_getElementByName('bfPaymentSelect').value = 'Your text here|0|' + 900 + '|0';
}
else if ( ff_getElementByName('listName').value == 42000 ) {
        ff_getElementByName('bfPaymentSelect').value = 'Your text here|0|' + 575.07 + '|103.51';
}
else {
        ff_getElementByName('bfPaymentSelect').value = '';
}
When the button is clicked, the user is redirected to PayPal and depending on where the user comes from, PayPal does the conversion and displays the price in both currencies.

I think this would be the best solution.
You have to make sure you stay up to date with the exchange rate or accept small differences from day to day.

Regards,
Eddy

Dear Tihana & @Eddy.vh ,

I have thought about it.

There must be some field which holds the value of 'Currency' before it is passed to PayPal. Since the value of currency is not frozen in time, it is dynamic. It can be whatever...right!

Then this value of currency field is being appended to the script URL, owing to being it dynamic value.

Please have a look at the following:

A question on Stack Overflow

I am not sure, but imagine that Breezing Form's paypal element may doing something similar.

In case, if Breezing Form is doing something similar, then may be...we can create some IF-THEN construct...

I may be damn wrong too...

You may consult with markus too...about the issue we are trying to solve.

In fact, Paypal is suggesting this here:

Customize the PayPal JavaScript SDK Script

Kindly have a look.
