Hi

To begin, I would like to specify that I am not English-speaking, I translated on DeepL. So sorry if it is not clear :).

I'm making a membership form for an association. In one page I have a group of checkboxes for the person to choose one or more activities. In another page there is a calculation to do for the total amount to pay for the chosen activity(ies) (some of them are free, others are not). So I put in the second data the price of the activity, if it is paying:

0;Chants basques;
0;Danses basques;
0;Dessin enfants;150
0;Dessin et peinture;
0;Gymnastique - Fitness;130
0;Initiation informatique;
0;Jeux de sociétés;
0;Pétanque;
0;Pilates;150
0;Tarot;
0;Txistu;
0;Yoga et méditation;233
0;Yoga enfants et ados;150
0;Zumba kids;150

I also made a summary page, so I used Overview fields. But it puts me the rate (for the paying activities) or an empty field (for the free ones) and not the list of activity(ies) that the person has chosen. Is there a way to make the name appear and not the price?

See the form on a test installation .

Hi,

the summarize item always displays the values. But you can get around this:

- create a hidden field and call it "activitishidden" for example
-go to your checkbox group->Advanced->Actionscript->check Custom->check Change ->Create code framework
-Inside the generated function, right after "case 'change':", add this
switch(element.value){
   case '150': ff_getElementByName('activitishidden').value = 'Pilates'; break;
   case '150': ff_getElementByName('activitishidden').value = 'Zumba kids'; break;
   case '233': ff_getElementByName('activitishidden').value = 'Yoga et meditation'; break;
   default: ff_getElementByName('numdays').value = ''; break;
}
-Then use "activitishidden" as summarizer instead the checkbox (Connect with this hidden element).

I also attached my example for this:

File Attachment:

File Name: summarize_name.zip
File Size:8 KB

Please download->Unzip and install it (BF->Configuration->Package Installer->select file->Install Package). After that you will find my form in Manage Forms

Let me know if you need more help

Tihana

Hi Tihana,

I am also in contact with Stroumph on this subject.
I have tested your form, it only returns one label, even if several options are ticked.
Is there a possibility to display all the labels of the ticked options?

Kind regards,
Eddy

Ideally, all the options ticked should return their label, whether they have value or not. ('' or '0').
