i bought a pro subscription and opened a ticket the 18 December and never received an answer, how can i have a support on crosstec ?

I have just checked and in our system and there is no unanswered ticket from the 18th of December.

I see now that I have received this request, but I have also answered it on 19th of December.

I see that the reporter was not passed correctly so I guess that is the reason you didn't receive my response. We will try to fix this as soon as possible.

Regarding your request, we will need all of the following information in order to write an invoice.

Billing information :

Company Name
Billing address
VAT number
Ordered product(s)
Price
Date of purchase
Payment method
Transaction ID ( if paid with PayPal)

Therefore, please send the Payment method, Transaction ID and Price of the ordered product.
