Hi,

can somebody explain what is the difference between the two calendar-elements?
What is the benefit to use the one, what to use the other?

Could i be able to allow choosing values only in the future and disable values in the past?

Thanks for explaining and helping

Hello,

For your case, it would be best to use a Responsive calendar since for that type of calendar you can disable dates in the past in a way that they can't be clicked on.

Here is a topic crosstec.org/en/forums/1-forums/122685-s...?limitstart=0#218431 explaining how to disable dates in the past this for a Responsive calendar.

Let me know whether you have managed to set this for your form.

Regards,

Mihaela

hello,

first of all... i created a dyn.generated select-list in the extended options on the same field, where i should insert the code. I think, this is no prob?

I use the code:
echo '
<script type="text/javascript">
    JQuery(document).ready(function () {
        JQuery("#ff_Endemeldung_calendarButton").pickadate({
			format: "dd.mm.yyyy",
			min: true,
			onSet: function() {JQuery("#ff_Endemeldung").val(this.get("value"));}
		});
        });
</script>
';

The format of the date is dd.mm.yyyyy and the name of the calender-element is Endemeldung.

what i am doing wrong?

Hello,

There is an error in your code.

In this line:
JQuery("#ff_Endemeldung_calendarButton").pickadate({
and here:
onSet: function() {JQuery("#ff_Endemeldung").val(this.get("value"));}
you are using element name instead of th ID of the calendar.

The ID you can obtain by previewing the form and inspecting the element.

Let me know whether you have managed to do so.

Regards,

Mihaela
