jug-fn created the topic: Data transfer to a field form using url - domain/?fieldname=Value

Hello,
i have the following problem and haven't really found anything here in the forum!

I create several events via a blog. To each event there is a individual button/link to the Breezing Form registration form. So far so good.

But I want to transfer the event number and the event title into the BF form via the URL (link).

Button/Link: e.g. : domain/?number=76464&title=event

I don't know how to do this. Is there a manual? I don't find anything! I am grateful for every tip.

thank you.

Hi there,

Please check this topic on how to transfer values via ULR : crosstec.org/en/forums/3-breezingforms-f...-form-b.html?start=0
crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...o-different-url.html

Let me know if this helps.

Hello,
I can't do anything with the proposed solution!

I have solved the problem as follows:

Link e.g.
/contact form?number=12345678&event=event

The field in the Breezing Forms gets the following general content:
<?php return htmlentities(JRequest::getVar('number')); ?>
<?php return htmlentities(JRequest::getVar('event')); ?>

Thats it. It works fine. Thank you.
