Hello,
on request # 234501, it is a question of modifying the ID of the form.
On the same principle, is it possible to modify the ID by adding a prefix (the current year for example)? That would give as identifier: 20190001 instead of identifier 1 etc.
This would quickly rank forms created by years.
If this is possible how to do it?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Only this comes to mind where you can UP your record number inside your DB.
This will apply on all records/Forms but you can set it to go from 20190000

This is the query you need :
ALTER TABLE #__facileforms_records AUTO_INCREMENT=20190000;

Just replace # with your DB prefix and you are good to go.

Mario

Hello,
Thank you for this answer, can you tell me where I need to make this request? I guess it's using PhpAdmin ...
Is there a risk of losing data?
Thank you, Jean Claude Hermant

Hi,

You are correct this should be done in phpMyAdmin inside your Cpanel.
Go to SQL Tab and simply add the query I posted before and "Press GO", that's it :)

Mario

I just tried but I have this message:
"MySQL returned an empty result (ie no line). (Processing in 0.0000 second (s).)"
and the IDs are not changed
