Hi,

How can I set up an automatic confirmation to a user who registers using the form. I'm slightly confused as the only options I can see is an automatic email to an admin. What I'm after is a confirmation email to a person registering.

Thank you

Hello,

To send automatic email confirmation to a user who registers using the form, you need to go to Advanced properties of the Textfield element where user fills in his email address and check the Mailback checkbox there.

Let me know whether it works as you wanted after you do as explained.

Thank you. It's working now.

One more question: how do I add an image to the body of an email. I'm trying to insert it by clicking on the 'image' button in the editor and inserting one from the site's joomla media gallery. When a user receives an email, there's no image in the body of the email.

Thank you

Hello,

It turns out that TinyMCE editor strips URL's root when picture's domain is the same as the site's, so on the email this doesn't work since domain is no longer the same. That is the reason the page isn't displayed. If you tried to put there a random picture from the web it would work.

Depite that, there is a solution for this. Navigate to System > Global Configuration and set the Default Editor to None. Then enter the full path as image src in the email content and it should work.

Let me know whether this resolves the problem.
