Sorry, it seems that a ticket that I prepared and submitted is lost.

Hello,

I developed a form named "BFRegistration".

I also created two menu items in my Main Menu as follows:
  • First menu item: The menu item type is an article containing "{ BreezingForms : BFRegistration }" so that the form appears as the content of the article. The display of this form is shown in the attachment named 'Menu - Article - BreezingForms_002.jpg'
  • Second menu item: The menu item type is "Add Form" and the form name is BFRegistration. The form displayed when one clicks on this second menu item is shown in the attachment named "Menu - BreezingForms.jpg"

Could you please tell me why such a difference exists and what I should do to have the same display for both cases.

Kind ragards.

Pierre Faniel

Hey,

it seems that the one you're publishing through an article might be published through an iFrame, but I can't confirm without taking a look at it.

If you could send backend credentials to support@crosstec.org along with a reference to this topic, that would be great.

Kind regards,
Darko

Hello,

Thank you for your help.

The credentials to access the form are:

//removed for safety resons

I am not a "techy". Could you explain to me what means "the form I am publishing through an article might be published through an iFrame". Could you also explain what parameters I should act on to to take your recommendation inlto consideration ?

Thank you in advance.

Hello Pierre,

Your shortcode { BreezingForms : BFRegistration } had some html / css tags like font-size: 25px; when I viewed it via Source Code.
After I removed it your form looks like it should.

let me know if this worked for you.

Rgds,
Mario
