My host has GD enabled and captcha/recaptcha work for other extensions (including form extensions). However, as I said in my review and as I posted above, I keep coming back to this one as I have found it to be easier to work with and that with the exception of captcha it seems to work better for my needs than any of the others.

No disrespect intended, I do like your extension, and given that it is free and there has obviously been a huge amount of work put into it, I really dont want to be critical, but other extensions seem to work with captcha on my configuration but this one doesnt.
You are quite correct in saying it could be my hosts configuration, but from what I can see, they seem to have the requisite things enabled on their side. However, all I am looking for is some guidance on what else I might try. I spent a good few hours going through this forum long before I posted my review or my original reply and although a lot of people seem to have the same issue, there doesnt seem to be a definitive answer.

I will check this but any other suggestions would be welcome !
