Did you publish your form on correct way, please check this

thanks for the info. I have checked everything and here are the facts and the problem in detail:

01. Joomla 3.10.11 / php7.4 / BreezingForms 1.9.1 Stable (build 941) / Shortcode = {BreezingForms : contactform} = the page and form are displayed correctly.

02. joomla 3.10.11 / php8 / BreezingForms 1.9.1 Stable (build 941) / the update you sent me and correction in the parts management at ff_makePageUrl / shortcode = {BreezingForms : contactform} = a 404 page is displayed

03. if I remove the shortcode = {BreezingForms : contactform} from the page, the page is found and displayed correctly, but without the form (logical) - so the shortcode causes the 404 page

replacing the breezingforms.php was the solution to the problem. I have updated and checked all website where a form is implemented: all forms work correctly.
