I recently purchased and setup a website with the Andulusa template which came with Breezingforms pre installed.

After launch I noticed we were getting allot of spam submissions via the pre-defined contact and request a quote forms. So as usual, I generated recaptcha v3 keys and installed to the Joomla recaptcha plugin. Spam continued coming through so I turned to this forum and found discussion leading me to believe BreezingForms is not ready for v3 yet and so revert to using v2. I thought first I would be best making sure Breezingforms is up to date so downloaded and installed the latest version. Now showing build 939 version 1.4.7.

However, now when i navigate to the Configuration page within the BreezingForms component I get the error message: Class 'HTML_facileFormsConf' not found

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi,

are you using version of BF for WP because:
-the latest version of BF PRO for Joomla is 1.9.1. build 941
-the latest version of BF free for Joomla is 1.9.1 build 939
-the latest version of BF for Wordpress is 1.4.7

Also, which version of PHP are you using?

thank you for your quick response.

Its definitely the BF free for Joomla 3 that I downloaded. The included INSTALL_README file seems to confirm it was a Joomla version I was installing. This is the link I got it from:

this is ok, and it should work without errors.

Did you unzip this folder, then go to Extensions->Manage->Install->and select com_breezingforms.zip from this folder/extensions/?

If you still have a problem with installation I can access to your page and install this, but I need backend link for login and login information
