Hi,
I'm sure I recently updated my membership for Breezingforms Pro, but the download area for the account is 'empty'. There doesn't seem to be a way of checking when I last updated my membership.

Hi,

under your account, you bought a 1year subscription in July 2016 and a support renewal in may 2019.

Support renewals do not include file access but give access to the club forums.

I assume you meant to buy a file membership in may 2019, so I upgraded your account for a 6 months and you should be able to access the files and the update key.
