My Joomla website makes use of phpmailer (latest versions) for sending Breezingforms forms. If mail is sent from Joomla to an email address on my mail server, these mails all contain = characters throughout the text.

From the hosting provider I now understand that this has something to do with the codepage, the mail server of my provider uses UTF8 as default.

How can I configure breezingforms to send the forms as UTF8 and not as quoted printable?

Thanks Mario,

The solution offered didn't help, email body was still messed up but it send me in the right direction!

Instead of adding $mail->CharSet = 'iso-8859-1'; to the helper.php i added
$mail->Encoding = 'base64'; instead and that did the trick!

I hope this doesn't cause any other problems :)for now it seems to work.

Hello,

I'm glad you managed to resolve this on your own.
$mail->Encoding = 'base64'; should not cause any problems, but if you do encounter them let me know and we will try to fix it.

Mario
