I get the following error:

Please enter your update key in the BreezingForms configuration.
Without this key you won't be able to receive future upates.
You can get your personal update key at Crosstec.org in the My Account => My Downloads section after login.
If your membership is expired, you can renew it by purchasing a membership.

I am also unable to receive any forms.

PHP Version 7.4.32

Joomla 3.9.22

Hi,

don't worry about update key. You can see this in Crosstec's site in My account->My download and inside breezingforms for joomla 3 you can see update key.

I am also unable to receive any forms.

do you see records in Manage records after submit ?
