mein Thema deckt sich weitestgehend mit:

Allerdings finde ich keine detaillierte Anleitung dies eben mit dem Content Builder umzusetzen.


Ziel ist es die Formularanfragen (verschiedene Formulare) über Jommla selbst zu verwalten/archivieren.

Problem, wie beschrieben, die archivierten Einträge werden nicht "ausgeblendet" bzw. besser separat gekennzeichnet - und ggfls. erst auf Filter-Wunsch angezeigt.

Ich bin für jeden Hinweis zum weiteren Vorgehen sehr dankbar.

but i look for a solution to hide archived form answers from breezingforms in Joomla backend automatically or filter them to view all as archive later without exporting an archiving them locally.

actually all answers to different forms are listed in a general view in Joomla/BF backend.

for this you can go to Manage Records->Select your form->click on Filter and check arhived.
Then all arhived records for this form will be shown

thanks, but i am looking for a solution that shows direct in the first view

either all records with an additional colum which indicates the state of the entries (especially archived or new)

or move/hide archived from this first view and only show those by filter as described

1) this is only possible with this that I posted to you in message above

2)if you want to show BF records in CB list view.
Then you can use integration of BF and CB and enable Edit by type in CB->Views->View.

And in CB you can use filter for this.
