We just upgraded CB to the latest build 0.9.92 (253). We are using BF 1.9.0 (934).

Breezing Forms appears to be working perfectly as usual. However, something is't working correctly in Content Builder.

We click "New" and add a record. When we save the record OR click on a ecord in the CB list, we get the following error.

"PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'uploadprogress.so' (tried: /usr/local/php73/lib/php/extensions/uploadprogress.so (/usr/local/php73/lib/php/extensions/uploadprogress.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory), /usr/local/php73/lib/php/extensions/uploadprogress.so.so (/usr/local/php73/lib/php/extensions/uploadprogress.so.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory))"

We have changed the PHP version to versions from 7.0 to 7.4 and still receive PHP Errors.

Our sites running BF version 0.1.9.0 (9.33) and BC 9.9.1 (252) are not having this issue.

These sites are exact copies of the site having issues.

It is the site we copy to create new sites for our new clients so w are shut down until we get this fixed.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

if you read the error carefully, you'll notice it cannot find the PHP extension "UploadProgress" which is a PECL extension and requires manual installation.

Neither ContentBuilder or BreezingForms make use of this PHP extension directly or require it in any way.

In my opinion, the recent update is unlikely to have caused this. I think something else on the server changed (due to updates for example) that coincided with the ContentBuilder update.

If you have access to your _active_ php.ini, please check its contents and look for "uploadprogress". If there is a setting trying to load it, either fix it by using the correct path to the .so file or comment that line.

It should be looking like this commented:

;extension=uploadprogress.so

Then restart your webserver and see if it solves the issue.
