Hello,
since last Update it seems that the FROM field from emails are replaced by my Joomla mail address instead of the users mail. I hat a setup until then with own EMAIL field and {EMAIL} as alternative mail.
Now the users email is only in the alternative field, not in the FROM field.
This is a problem because my ticket system readout the FROM field, and this after update is my own address.

I have to repace the FROM field back again with the mail address entered by client.

Hi,

yes, this is a problem with mailbacks and attachments.
It will be fixed in the next version that will be released next week.

For now, please download, unzip and copy the file attached into:

/components/com_breezingforms/

This should fix your issue.

Hello,

sorry my fault. I changed the file:
/administrator/compontents/com_breezingforms/libraries/crosstec/functions/helper.php
on line 409 to
//		$mail->setSender( array( $prev_from, $fromname ? $fromname : $_fromname ) );
		$mail->setSender( array( $from ? $from : $prev_from, $fromname ? $fromname : $_fromname ) );

This is also described HERE and the only working solution.

As written before, for my support-ticket-system I need that the FROM email is the form field address so the system can reply.

It would be great if this could be a feature request with a parameter or something else that I havent to change always after an update.

PS. Preview button on this forum when I write an answer is not working... field is empty...
