I actually have 2 questions with regard to Mailback
I have a Mailback in my form that includes an image, inserted through the mailback editor. However, it does not come through o the email received. Is there something I am missing.
Also, In the form which you can see in ottawaoc.ca/test/index.php/cheque-memb-098 , a user can enter up to 6 individuals in a family. Each indiv. entered will get a membership card -in the mailback. However, if there are only enter 2 family members entered, I would like to return only 2 membership cards. Is there any way to suppress the others?

I am attaching the form (cheque_membership.zip) and the html of the mailback (membership_card.zip) . Please let me know if you need anything more to understand this.

Note: I also have one question about the form itself but will send it as a new topic but same form - same attachment which may save opening it again

File Attachment:

File Name: membership_card.zip
File Size:1 KB

File Attachment:

File Name: cheque_membership.zip
File Size:85 KB

Hello,

Regarding the problem of the images not being displayed, could you please try to use absolute paths as "src" in the images instead of the relative one.

Let me know whether that resolves the issue.

As for the licenses, it is possible to make part of the email display conditionally, depending on whether a form field is filled in, but that requires quite a bit of coding.

In that case, you would have to create an email template as explained here crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...-templates-work.html .

Here crosstec.org/en/forums/1-forums/124347-a...ntfernen.html#227406 you can take a look at an example of code that will display parts of the email depending on whether the field is filled in.

Regards,

Mihaela

It's been a while, but I remember such problems when I was transferring from one email client to Outlook service.
