Hello,

1. Question: how can an image being shown in the pdf-file?
I tried the code posted by MUFFINMAN in post #66107 (IMAGES IN PDF ATTACHMENT).
But all I got is a the path to the image, not the image itself (please see attachment)

2. Question: our workers use smartphones on the construction site to fill out the form.
They have to submit plenty of images. We use the resize option in the HTML5 element to reduce data transfer. But the smartphone is transferring the image in full resolution first and the resize is done afterwards. Can this be changed into: click "upload image" -- make photo -- resize photo -- submit foto?

Thank you for your help
Regards,
Rolf

First question still open but
solved second question by myself. I was so focused on Breezingforms that I couldn't see the simple solution: Installed Open Camera App. Switched the resolution to low res, set Open Camera to new standard Photo app, voila --> problem solved, only small data is submitted :-)

Hi,

Great that you solved no.2 on your own.

Regarding the first question please check these topcis :

OMG -- I realized that my customized PDF was not taken at all!!
I had a typo in the file name :-(

So - fixed it. Took the Muffinman Code from Post #66106 again. And it works.

Mario, I'm Sorry for bothering you!
(I should stop for today, start making stupid errors)

Rolf

Hi Mario,

I am about to implement this code into my various forms and realise that I have more than one upload and the code below only works with one upload.

The
$upload = '';
refers to the upload element in general and the
case 'testimage':
to the name of the upload element. Later on I call the value of the element with this code
<?php echo $upload; ?>
, right?

But in my case I have to address to more than one upload element. So I have to give each upload Element a name, right? But how do I do this?
Please can you help me once more?

Thank you.
Rolf

Here is my code so far:
<tr>
<?php
$upload = '';

if (count($xmldata)){
   foreach ($xmldata as $data) {
      $value = nl2br(htmlentities(substr(is_array($data[_FF_DATA_VALUE]) ? implode('|',$data[_FF_DATA_VALUE]) : $data[_FF_DATA_VALUE],0,10000), ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8'));
      switch($data[_FF_DATA_NAME]){
        case 'image1':
          $upload = $value;
          break;
      case 'image2':
          $upload = $value;
          break;
      case 'image3':
          $upload = $value;
          break;
      case 'image4':
          $upload = $value;
          break;
      }
    }
}
?>
<td>
<img src="<?php echo $upload; ?>" width="150" />
</td>
</tr>
